Medical City Lewisville is a 186-bed, acute care hospital serving Lewisville, Flower Mound and southern Denton County since 1976. With a medical team of more than 700 physicians, Medical City Lewisville offers a broad range of services, including a Level III Trauma Center with the county’s only pediatric emergency room, cardiovascular, orthopedics, rehabilitation, robotic surgery and women’s services. A Primary Stroke Center and an accredited Comprehensive Center for bariatric surgery, the hospital has a Level III NICU designation, a Level II Maternal Care Center designation, and was voted “Best Place to Have a Baby” in Denton County by readers of DFWChild Magazine for 2021 and 2022. Medical City Lewisville is “A” rated for safety by the Leapfrog Group and is Magnet® recognized for nursing excellence.
