The Stayton at Museum Way has named Scott Polzin executive director. The announcement was made by Charles B. Brewer, president and CEO of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC). Polzin brings more than 24 years of experience in the senior living field and extensive expertise in senior living management to his role at The Stayton.

“We are looking forward to having Scott as part of our team,” said Brewer. “He has proven to be a great asset in this industry, and I feel certain he will bring a great deal of leadership skills and expertise to The Stayton.”

Prior to joining The Stayton, Polzin worked for Greystone Communities as executive director at Aberdeen Heights where he successfully directed startup and licensure of the Continuing Care Retirement Community in Kirkwood, Missouri. In that role, he received high resident satisfaction scores and was awarded Greystone outstanding performance awards for Highest Score in Hospitality, Leadership Development and Most Improved Financial Performance.

Polzin obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from California State University Long Beach.
