Worth the Pour at The Realm at Castle Hills will offer beer, wine and spirits and will also focus on in-house tasting events and delivery throughout Castle Hills and beyond.

Bright Realty brokered the lease for a 3,000-square-foot upscale liquor store at The Realm at Castle Hills in Lewisville. Worth the Pour is a new brand created by Michael Reyes, who co-created and recently sold the successful Kindred Spirits & Wine on Inwood in Dallas. The Castle Hills retail site will offer beer, wine and spirits and will also focus on in-house tasting events and delivery throughout Castle Hills and beyond. The Realm at Castle Hills is a mixed-use development located along State Highway 121 that includes office, retail, entertainment and several multi-family elements. Worth the Pour will be first-floor retail under Sojourn at The Realm, the 80-unit residential condominium component of the 324-acre development located on the southwest quadrant of Castle Hills Dr. and State Highway 121.

Worth the Pour will be operated by Reyes and his wife, Brenda. Together they have the goal of operating a family business that will become the neighborhood go-to for the purchase of beer, wine and spirits. But they plan to offer more than just that.

“We will offer a level of personal service that’s not found in the larger chain liquor stores, a product knowledge that is superior, and a willingness and ability to stock hard-to-find or specially requested products,” said Reyes, who is especially excited about the “craft beer cave” at Worth the Pour.

Other unique retailers that have leased space at The Realm at Castle Hills include Food Network-featured The London Baker, which is opening a second location at Valor at The Realm multi-family, and El Patio Mex-Tex, which is now open at Offices at The Realm.

“We’re excited to bring this new concept to the area north of the George Bush Turnpike and specifically to The Realm and to Castle Hills, where there is such a strong sense of community,” said Reyes. “We want to build on that sense of community with the personal approach and commitment we will bring to our customers.” The store is slated to open this summer and will celebrate with tastings and grand opening specials. The Realm at Castle Hills currently has first-floor retail spaces available for lease at Offices at The Realm, Sojourn at The Realm and Valor at The Realm. Bright Realty's Nick Miller, Dan Looney and Britton Lankford represented the landlord in the Worth the Pour transaction.
