FORMER DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE AND CO-FOUNDERS EXPAND BUBBL RIDE SERVICE DRIVEN BY OFF-DUTY AND RETIRED POLICE OFFICERS TO CASTLE HILLS AND SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS

Have you seen the fleet of cars with the blue bubble on the roof around town?

This past August, Former Deputy Chief of Police, Craig Miller, and his partners were delighted to launch Bubbl, a new ride service, driven by off-duty and retired police officers to ensure a safer and more secure ride for customers.

“The name Bubbl represents the notion that each time a customer steps into our vehicle they will be bubble wrapped in safety and security. Having a police officer as a driver reinforces this idea, while giving them instant credibility and providing peace of mind,” said Chief Miller.

Chief Miller and co-founders: Paul Adams, Alex Miller and Zane Butter have created a unique white-glove transportation company for DFW Metroplex neighborhoods. Customers can expect door-to-door services by highly trained Bubbl drivers. From helping with bags or getting in and out of the vehicle, to assisting with children’s activity schedules, Bubbl is designed to make its customer’s life easier.

There are three a few service options to choose from: Bubbl Rides ($15 flat rate for adult within the designated service area), Bubbl Kids ($17 flat rate for children ages 8 to 17 year old within the designated service area), and Bubbl Flat Rate (custom quoted flat rate for destinations outside the defined area). The first “bubbl” is Bubbl-Dallas, serving the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, M-streets, Uptown, parts of Lakewood, and downtown.  The community has been so supportive, that Bubbl has already expanded to open Bubbl-Castle Hills, covering Castle Hills, Plano, Lewisville, Carrollton, and The Colony.

Bubbl owns and insures all of its vehicles. The drivers must follow a strict zero-tolerance policy. Each driver must be an off-duty or retired police officer and complete an extensive criminal history background, including drug testing.  Drivers will not enforce laws or wear their uniform during Bubbl working hours. Their responsibility is to ensure customers are safely transported from the pick-up location to the final destination.

Parents have the ability to pre-schedule their child’s school pick up with instructions on sign-out procedures or any other helpful information. Bubbl also provides additional security notifications for parents to ensure their child’s pick up and drop off and can track the transit in real time.

“Transportation companies have increased over the last five years and we are starting to see an increase in legal action against these organizations regarding driver misconduct. We wanted to provide a shuttle service that is, above all else, safe and one that our community can depend on,” said Co-Founder, Paul Adams.

To learn more about Bubbl or schedule a ride, customers can visit www.bubbl-castlehills.com to register or call 214-799-9055. The Bubbl app is scheduled to launch in the Apple store this winter.

Bubbl is a unique transportation company driven exclusively by retired and off duty police officers and certified First Responders. All drivers are background checked, drug tested Bubbl employees. The Safest Ride in Town! - Contact Bill at
